Ware defeats Appling and Coffee 1/15/13

The Ware Co. wrestling team improved their dual meet record to 30 – 6 as they dominated Coffee Co. and Appling Co. outscoring their opponents 135 – 18.  Ware Co. matched up with Coffee Co. in the first dual defeating the Trojans 59 – 15 winning 11 out of 14 matches.  The Gators followed up by defeating Appling Co. 76 – 3 winning 13 out of 14 matches.   

Still undefeated John Williams is now 50 – 0 after scoring a pair of pins.  Ware Co. will travel to Camden Co. to face some tough competition at the Wildcat Duals on Saturday.  The Gators will be facing the AAAAAA state runner-up as well as quality teams from as far away a Miami in the round robin tournament to be held in the 9^th grade gym on the Camden campus.  Wrestling will begin at 9:00am.  Individual match results below:
