The Gator wrestling team placed 3rd at the Rebel Invitational hosted by Effingham Co. High School. There were 24 teams competing in the tournament. The top three teams were South Effingham scoring 368 pts., Richmond Hill scoring 180 pts., Ware scoring 177.0. The Gators had six wrestlers bring home medals with one Champion:
Wyatt Deal (175 lb), Champion, Noah Lucas
(190 lb), 2nd place, Jabare George (285 lb) 2nd
place, Rodrigo Reyes (126 lb) 5th place, Jordan Maxwell (113 lb) 6th
place and Gunter Fore (157 lb) 6th place. The Gators head to Tift
County on Tuesday, Dec 12th and will travel to Yulee, FL to wrestle
in the Yulee Duals on Friday and Saturday, December 15th and 16th.
